Our inaugural Breakfast with Brian event this past October 20, 2019 was a smashing success.  Funds were raised for the BRAS Drug Development Program’s Phase I Clinical Trials Team at the Princess Margaret Cancer’s Centre in Toronto.

We had a full turnout of 35 guests who were seated in the gallery which ran the length of the house from the living area to the den.  The table was draped in white linen and set with white china and adorned with white roses.  It was a stunning display in a spectacular lottery home designed by the one and only extremely talented Brian Gluckstein, and built by an equally talented and fine gentleman, Mr. Carols Jardino.

Brian was our gracious host and tour guide, and our guests hung off his every word.  We were surprised to have a beautiful warm sunny day.  The foundation staff helped make the day a success from the moment we began our preparations until the last guest departed.

COVID-19 has put a pause in our plans for our second Breakfast with Brian event at this year’s lottery home, but we look forward to seeing you in 2021.  Stay safe.
