In 2010, Robert Kidd was diagnosed with metastasized cancer. He was treated by Dr. Malcolm Moore at The Princess Margaret and entered a clinical trial after traditional treatments did not work well. He was then matched with a treatment specifically targeted to the genetic features of his cancer. Robert is now in remission, he has tolerated the treatment well and has been able to enjoy the same quality of life he had prior to his diagnosis and treatment.
