Community Oncology Molecular Profiling in Advanced Cancers Trial (COMPACT) is a research study run by the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. COMPACT provides molecular profiling for people with certain types of advanced cancer. If you are currently receiving cancer care at another hospital your oncologist may refer you to the COMPACT Clinic at Princess Margaret for molecular profiling.
